How We Can Help

Our online clinic offers face to face help for both mental health and sleep issues. You will be assessed and treated by Dr Chris, an experienced clinical psychologist, who will tailor your therapy to meet your individual needs. You’ll get a personalised intervention plan that draws on a number of evidence-based therapeutic approaches (including CBTi, CBT, EMDR, psychodynamic and mindfulness) depending on your concerns and goals.

Thankfully we’re all now much more aware of the importance of looking after our mental health and there is lots of help available if you are struggling. We offer personalised face to face therapy over video call so you can easily access the expert help you need.

We work with a broad range of psychological issues including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic, anger, phobias, low self-esteem, trauma, self-criticism, work-related stress and relationship difficulties.

Our virtual Behavioural Sleep Medicine clinic provides bespoke treatment for insomnia (CBTi) and other sleep problems, and a unique sleep optimisation programme for high-performance individuals looking for a competitive edge.

If you regularly have trouble falling or staying asleep or keep waking up much earlier than you would like to, it’s likely you are suffering from insomnia. Our treatment programme uses Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi) which is the gold standard treatment for insomnia and is recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) and the World Health Organisation (WHO).

Dr Chris trained with the British Psychological Society (BPS) to become a psychology expert witness, including undertaking training for court appearances. Specialisms include the assessment and diagnosis of trauma/PTSD, travel-related anxiety and other psychological disorders resulting from personal or criminal injuries.

We offer clinical supervision to healthcare professionals and consultation to businesses that are interested in leveraging a psychological approach to optimise performance for commercial success.
